Join us for a slower way of exploring East London’s canals.
This month we’ll be taking a gentle photo walk, using photography as a way to pay closer attention to the places we move through every day. You don’t need to be a photographer or have a professional camera. A phone is more than enough.
Along the walk, we’ll share a series of prompts that invite you to notice the details, stories and moments that often go unseen. Together we’ll consider what makes a neighbourhood feel lived in, what we choose to remember, and what feels worth documenting.
Afterwards, we’ll gather over coffee and tea to share a few of our photographs and reflect on what we noticed.
Whether you love photography or simply want to spend a thoughtful morning in community, you’re very welcome.
