Together with Hackney Herbal we will explore Mabley Green and learn about the abundance of plants that thrive in this landscape. We’ll look at a range of edible and medicinal plants and explore how they can be enjoyed. We will also talk about some of these plants in relation to the roles they play in urban biodiversity. It's an opportunity to discover and connect to the plants growing around us, learn how to identify them and find out more about their uses and history. The session will start with a grounding meditation and end with a fresh tea tasting in the park.
